6. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY Regular Appointments A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a regular appointment. Cancellation with 24+ Hours' Notice No cancellation fee will apply. Cancellation with Less Than 24 Hours' Notice A $25 late cancellation fee may apply. Same-Day Cancellation A fee of 50% of the scheduled service price may apply. No-Show Clients who do not arrive for their appointment without contacting me may be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Any outstanding cancellation or no-show fee must be paid before another appointment can be booked. ------------------------------ 7. RESCHEDULING POLICY Clients who need to change their appointment should provide at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments may be rescheduled based on availability. Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may require a non-refundable retainer to secure future appointments. If an appointment cannot be rescheduled within the available timeframe, the cancellation policy may apply. ------------------------------ 8. BRIDAL & WEDDING CANCELLATION POLICY Wedding dates require advance planning and are reserved exclusively for the client. A 25%–50% non-refundable retainer may be required to reserve a wedding date. Once the wedding date has been reserved, the retainer is not refundable if the client cancels. The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed final payment date. If the client cancels after the final payment has been made, refunds will be handled according to the terms stated in the signed bridal service agreement. Wedding cancellations and changes should be communicated as soon as possible. ------------------------------ 9. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. A 15-minute grace period may be provided for regular appointments. After the grace period: - A $20 late fee may apply. - The appointment may need to be shortened to stay on schedule. - If the client arrives excessively late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. - A rescheduling or cancellation fee may apply. For weddings and special events, arriving late may affect the client's event timeline.
